At K.Monique Collection, we value your satisfaction and want every purchase to feel as good as it looks. Please review our return policy below before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for store credit only.
Items must be returned within 10 days of the delivery date.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, or damage.
All tags must be attached and the item must be in its original packaging.
Sale items, accessories, bodysuits, swimwear, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Start a Return
1. Email us at info@kmoniquecollection.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization and mailing instructions.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a store credit via email in the form of a gift card.
Store credit can be used toward any future purchase and does not expire.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the issue, and we’ll work quickly to resolve it.
Additional Notes
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit.
