Shipping policy

At K.Monique Collection, we strive to ensure every order ships quickly and arrives safely.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Please note that weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

K.Monique Collection is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been dropped off and accepted by UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Any delivery issues must be addressed directly with the carrier using your tracking information.

My Package Says Delivered, But I Don’t See It

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 3 business days of the marked delivery date.
We will assist you in communicating with the carrier to start a claim.
Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to be reviewed and completed by the carrier.

K.Monique Collection does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier.
We do not issue refunds or credits for packages the carrier confirms as delivered.

My Order Says Shipped, But I Received a Refund

If your order contains multiple items and one or more become unavailable, we will ship the remaining items and issue a refund for the out-of-stock item(s) to your original form of payment.

Local Pickup

If you selected local pickup, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.
